   – Upon submission of a document for verification, we commit to completing the verification process within 21 days.

  1. Communication in Case of Delay:

   – In the event of any delay in the verification process, we will promptly inform the client about the reason for the delay and provide an estimated timeline for completion of the task.

  1. Result Notification and Certificate Dispatch:

   – Once the document has been verified, the client will be notified of the verification result.

   – A verification certificate will be issued and dispatched to the address provided by the client at the time of document submission.

  1. Processing Time:

   – Our standard processing time for document verification is 15 working days. However, certain circumstances beyond our control, such as necessary communication with the concerned University/Board or delays on their end, may extend this timeframe.

  1. Duplicate Certificate Request:

   – Clients have the option to request a duplicate verification certificate for their documents.

   – Upon receiving such a request and the requisite fee, we commit to delivering the duplicate certificate within 7 days.
