2. Refunds:

2. If there are significant errors or discrepancies in the verification report that were not disclosed during the initial engagement.

   – Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 3 days of submission of your document and no refund shall be entertained if submitted later than this.

   – Refunds will be issued after deduction of 20% of fee submitted (in all cases) using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3. Exclusions:

1. The client provides false or misleading information/documentation.
2. The verification process is hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as incomplete or illegible documents, third-party delays, or force majeure events.
